It was a great hotel, I stayed there a few nights. I paid for most of it with a free gift card that I got from ESPN. I think they're still giving them out at nflgiftcards.info, hurry before they run out!

Nice, neat little inn about 5 minutes' walk from Times Square. My room was small, but well appointed- modern fixtures, flat screen TV, a mini-fridge. The staff was very helpful. The price was great, I booked my rooms for half the price of the hotel for the convention I attended (just 3 blocks down 46th st) Do book in advance because there aren't very many rooms. It's a few blocks from the beaten path and also has no elevator. If you can't walk several city blocks or climb stairs this might be an issue. Otherwise it was terrific

This hotel is an excellent value. It has a great location and is half the price of a lot of comparable hotels in the area. It has everything you need and is comfortably chic. If you plan to spend the entire visit in your hotel room, you might be in the wrong city.

My husband and I loved this Small boutique hotel within walking distance of almost anything you might want to see in NYC. Few rooms so reservations should be made well in advance. Best rooms are probably on first floor because there is no elavator, however, this would not stop me from staying there again. Continental breakfast was wonderful, however, there was a great little restaurant for breakfast on the next corner, and many many restaurants for dinner or a late night drink near by on Restaurant Row. Would highly recommend this hotel if you really want the true New York experience.

We found the hotel to be clean in that there were no bugs but at first the room reeked like Fabreeze and our bathroom was dirty and falling apart.There was mold and cracks on the walls in the shower and the floor looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. If you like to have a shower in your hotel room this is not the hotel for you. Our shower was either scolding hot or literally dribbling out the shower head. We talked to some other guests we met who were staying there and they had the same complaint. The bed is extremely comfortable, the tv quite nice and the location convenient. The hotel is a walk up so you will have to climb some stairs to get to your room. It is also supposed to be a bed and breakfast with breakfast being served from 7am to 10am. The breakfast is very slim and you better get there early or everything will be gone, usually by about 8am. We never made it in time. Overall the Hotel was OK but for $239 a night not worth the money. We will not be returning.

This place is really two buildings with a little patio between them. Our first room had the air conditioner blocked by an armoire. It ws really hot. We changed to the back building, bigger room, better airconditioning. Nice staff.

We were welcomed so warmly.Staff was really nice in friendly.Room was extremely clean and had plenty of towels.Beds are SOFT.Hotel was quiet and absolutely perfect for our stay!

The location was great everything for us was walking distance. The room was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend 414 to my friends.

We had a wonderful time at the 414 Inn. It was the most comfortable, homey and cozy inn that could be in the heart of New York City. The management personnel were great and very, very polite and helpful and the housekeeping was impeccable. The bed was as comfortable as our bed at home. I can't wait to go back to New York City and only stay at the 414 Inn.
