All in all It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals. N e t They usually have some pretty good deals on there.

Don't go there

We booked well in advance requesting adjoining rooms for my wife, myself and three children. The children were asleep when we arrived so had to put them to bed straight away. The place smelt smoky and throughout the night wafting smoke kept us awake, so next morning I informed Reception that I thought guests had been smoking in the room, and asked for the room to be cleaned. After a big day (and having to put children straight to bed) I noted nothing had been done. I called reception again and they informed me they could not do anything as it was a smoking room. I have not been so furious in my life. We could not change rooms as there were no adjoing rooms available. We did not sleep. This was the worst experience of a 4 month trip. I believe the hotel lied and deceived us. And while they gave a rather insincere apology at checkout, nothing could have made up for the dreadful end to an otherwise fantastic world trip. DO NOT STAY AT METROPARK KOWLOON.

Discover China and Stay in Luxury

On one of my more recent travels to Hong Kong I was invited to stay at the Metropark Hotel and it was just AMAZING! Clean, spacious, luxurious and I haven't even mention my room. We stayed in the harbor view part of the floor and believe even at this conservative level the views where breath taking. Absolutely worth the location, the value and the stay!

Great value for a nice room!

I highly recommend the hotel to anyone. The room (a suite) was very large for a hotel in HK. If you are staying for 7 nights, it is definitely worth it to upgrade to a suite package. The cost increase is minor, but you get free buffet breakfast every morning and the use of the Panorama Lounge for your money. Also, the rooms on the higher floors have nice views! The staff are very polite and attentive. My only negative comment about the hotel was the buffet dinner. I thought it was overpriced and not that great. But who cares, there are so many other places to eat in HK. Go have dinner somewhere else! The convenience to an MTR station is a major bonus, and you are within walking distance of Causeway Bay. Very pleased with this hotel!

Fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel in relation to transport links was excellent with an MTR station and bus and tram stops right outside. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with most of the facilities you would expect, a very good standard. Great restaurant and bar. Also gym and rooftop pool were a great plus. Attentive and polite staff, we had a great stay and would recommend highly.

Great Hotel

I stayed at the Metorpark in July 2007. Hotel is conveniently located to Metro station. Hotel was clean, service was courteous, and view from hotel room was nice. Overall, great value. Only drawback is they seem to lack a concierge. Hotel staff was helpful, however.

Great four star hotel. I arrived at 9am and was permitted to check in right away. Room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely. I'd return to this hotel if I came back to Hong Kong.

Great hotel, great value!

I have stayed in this hotel for the last 2 trips to HK, and I'll come back in the future! During my stay, the staff were efficient and polite, rooms were clean and nice, and everything was in order. I didn't try other amenties so can't comment on those, but they look nice in picture. The one best thing about this hotel is location, location and location. It's just far away from all the noises and people, but close enough if you need to go anywhere. All the major transportation options are within a few minutes of walking. Cross-border bus and airport bus are right at the hotel entrance! You can't get better than that! Take the "Hotelink" coach service from the airport to the hotel and you are ensured door-to-door to / from the airport. One last thing, make sure you get the harbour view room. The million $ view just can't be missed.

Great Hotel

We stayed at Metropark Causeway Bay in Aug 06, great value and location near Tin Hau MTR. New hotel and facilities with rooftop pool having spectacular views. Recommend an upgrade to harbour view room over Victoria Park. Staff very helpful and attentive. Could not fault this hotel. Definitely staying there again, would recommed to all.

BEAUTIFUL ROOFTOP POOL!

This hotel was relaxing and clean, beautifully appointed with a stunning rooftop pool and exercise center. There was a complimentary shuttle to the Airport Express train station, which is fast and convenient. (There are only two hotels in the HKG airport area itself, and both are exorbitantly priced. Most travellers will want to stay on Hong Kong Island. We also stayed in Kowloon, and were much less impressed with the hotels in the same price range). No complaints about this hotel whatsoever!
