Iberotel Club Fanara and Residence, Al Arish

The Service was excellent. Our room was the best ever - top marks for cleanliness, courtesy and helpfulness. Food excellent variety - could be warmer for my taste. Setting delightful. Plans are being made for another visit next year.

I went to the hotel march 2005 with my parents, Im 16 and it was fantastic the weather was great and i loved every aspect of it. The bar was great, the food and the rooms. The people were so so friendly and would do anything to help. I strongly recremend this hotel, i had the time of my life!!!! i dont think there was anything wrong with this hotel, in my books its the best!!!!

it was my first time to egypt, and i really loved this hotel. The atmosphere was just so welcoming. the staff were friendly, the service was wonderful, the food was great, what else can i say. it was a top hotel. i will be looking to stay there again sometime this year.

we have been to fanara twice in the last year and my husband and i both love it. we found it is really relaxing and the staff are so friendly and remembered us when we returned which was great. the food was fantastic and there is nothing better than overlooking the red sea whist enjoying good food. the swimming pools are great,plenty of loungers and fresh towels as often as you like. there is entertainment but not the best, but you can go out and about if you like,we only left the complex once the first time and not at all the second time as we enjoyed it so much. you must give this hotel ago or you will be missing out.

After making a difficult decision to continue with our holiday less than a week after the bombings July 2005 this hotel is the most friendliest hotel and safiest hotel we have ever stayed and we could not have been more relaxed.We made lots of friends and will certainly be returning.Despite it being large the staff got to know you by name and constantly constantly happy, pleasant and making your holiday enjoyable. The staff could not do enough to help. No towels required fresh beach towels every day, room made every day just superb. The whole complex and beach where the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Not a cigarete end in site! We particularly loved the private beach this was so convenient,not crowded and just breath taking. My son loved the snorkling twice a day swimming with the fish and said he enjoyed his holiday more than his holiday in florida and that takes some beating!! Recommend it to anyone.
