Repeated Reservation errors

We confirmed over the phone: a king suite w/ a suite living area and a sofa sleeper. We specifically mentioned the hilton honors number and were quoted an amount of $159. My husband had to repeatedly ask if he could get a certain Business* Corporate rate for this room, which he eventually was given for $119.
When we arrived tired, ready to go to a Brewer game, we were given a different room. A king guest bedroom (no living area). When we told them that we didn't get the room promised and that it would be too crowded, we were told there was nothing they could do about it and that no other rooms (like we requested) were available.
We would not be making such a big deal about this, but this is not the first time that this has happened at this hotel. Please see your records as to our past remarks regarding this hotel.
We were treated indifferently, when we told them that we found other accommodations (thru their hotel internet business area). Nothing was done to keep our business at your establishment. It was all very cordial....but any money spent at your hotel would have been better than nothing. We just wanted the room we were promised. We don't plan to ever stay there again.
We drove two blocks to the Comfort Suites where we obtained a double queen suite, with a separate sofa sleeper area and a complimentary breakfast for $119.90.
