TownePlace Suites by Marriott Louisville North, Jeffersonville

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! They made us feel like family and were constantly asking us if we needed anything. Excellent customer service and the shuttle driver was great also!!! Would recommend 100 times over!

I did not like that there was a sign that said pets welcome and several people were asked to leave including me and my family which were there for medical reasons. Our grand baby was delivered at 25 weeks and was at kosair children's hospital. We were asked to leave because there was a construction co that had rented 10 rooms ,and they had 1 man complaining so the manager told us she could not afford to lose that money on the rooms they had rented with this economy, never mind that we had already pd out 2000.00 dollars. I felt bad for the other people who was asked to leave also. They need to change there sign to pets not welcome. I don't know why the man did not go elsewhere and stay were pets was not allowed. Please if you are a pet owner reconsider staying there

I travel to Louisville every weekend. I love the location of this hotel and the staff was very kind and accommodating especially since we checked in at 3:00 a.m. The rooms are clean and beds comfy. The only complaint I have is that the bedding is very strong in clorox bleach smell and I had difficulty sleeping due to this chemical odor in the sheets and bedding. I stayed at the Fairfield Mariott in Brooks just north of Louisville and their bedding did not have this smell. So I'm sure there is a way to have nice clean sheets without using bleach. Hopefully I can persuade the hotel manager to consider something else since so many people today are chemically sensitive.

My husband and I were in town celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. When I called to make my reservations I had spoken to Marie. She was so personable and professional. Once we had arrived to our room, it was with much delight to see that she had upgraded us at no charge and we had a card as well as a box of candy! She and the entire front desk staff, Cary, Carol and Stephanie were a joy to be around. We are definately planning on staying with you for our 26th anniversary. Hope to see the same welcoming staff!!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for $89. The room was definitely a great value. The room was very comfortable and roomy. It was cold and rainy when we arrived on Christmas Day. There was only one person working, but she was very nice and tried to accommodate each of our requests with a smile. The only downside was the fact that they don't serve breakfast.

We planned a trip to Louisville and due to several conventions, everything downtown was booked. Someone recommended this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, spacious rooms and value for this Marriott property. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. Ample room for 4 people. The bedding was clean, crisp and comfortable. Location to downtown Louisville is less than 5 minutes. Will definitely stay at this and other Towne Place Suites after this.
