Response to G M acted UNPROFESSIONALLY.

It would have been nice if Rich M told the whole story. Him and his wife stayed at the Best Western on April 30 & May 1. Rich's wife Debi called on 11/24 and stated that she had been overcharged by $173. The front desk agent asked when she was here. Debi gave the dates and the agent took her phone number and said we would call her back. After figuring out it had been 206 days since Rich and Debi checked out, we decided that it had been way to long. The front desk agent called the number back and got no answer. Debi decides to call again on December 10. I (The GM) spoke with her and told her that it had been way too long and asked her why she waited (206 days) so long to call. Her answer was that she procrastinated. She was unwilling to take no for an answer and told me I would be hearing from her credit card company and hung up.
A few minutes later Debi's husband Rich called and inquired about being double charged. I gave him the same answer as Debi. He was unwilling to take NO for an answer. His response was why should we be penalized $173 for waiting a little too long to call. Since he would not take NO for an answer the conversation eventually got heated. Rich asked me "what kind of D*** Head are you?
After looking into the reservation, Debi made an additional reservation on April 25. She had two rooms reserved for April 30 and nobody showed up for the second reservation, so it was charged as a No Show.
