Holiday Inn Express Metropolis, Metropolis

Everyone was so nice and friendly, Front Desk people were so helpfull,This was our first stay here at a holiday Inn express , and we will gladly return! The room was clean,Hot water in the morning Parking great Good job, and a pat on the back to all for a job very well done!! God Bless

Stayed here for one night. Was not pleased. I held the room with a credit card with the intention of paying cash for the room when we arrived. However the girl had already put the charge through and did not offer to change it for us. I found the charge was put through on my account of 6/10/07 and our stay was 6/15/07. The pool location is right in the lobby area so you are right up front, didn't like that. Some privicy in a pool is nice. Sitting at the computer there was a woman staying there for hours and the people at the desk acted as though this was a regular thing. There should be a time limit at the computer. However the rate was good and the room was clean. Would not go back. Nancy Hays Carthage, TN. and Dousman, WI

we Have stayed here several times, it is a tidy and clean property, staff is helpful.. we will stay here again, pet friendly zzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzz
