Don't Stay Here

I used to like this hotel, but after dealing with the general manager, my opinion has changed dramatically. Hospitality is all about relationships, but not here... they aren't hospitable. The rooms are average, the food is ok, but the service is horrible. I called to speak w/ the general manager about a rate discrepancy and was told "there's nothing she could do".... there is something she can do... she's the general manager. Anyway, after being spoken over and hung up on, I decided to take my business across the street to the Hampton Inn. I'd advise you do the same. To me, service is key, and for her utter lack of service and hospitality, this hotel doesn't even deserve one star.
