Comfort Inn and Suites Cornelius, Cornelius

I enjoyed my stay, but it was a little noisey. When you close the door, you have to slam it! The bed was comfortable. The linens were fresh. The pillows were nice and comfortable. So overall I would recommend this hotel as a safe, clean place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Cornelius NC on business! My room was extrenly clean and the staff were very courtious and accomadating! Highly recommended for all business travelers!

Our room was the cleanest room i think I've ever stayed in. Housekeeper Clemente is doing wonderful job. Thanks for the everything.Staff is very helpful.

I liked the clean parking lot, all new furniture in the lobby, the hotel looked like new and the manager said the property was 5 yrs. old. My room was spotless, very clean bathroom, and everything on the breakfast bar was fresh and delicious. Every employee was friendly and helpful. If I come back by this area again I will stay at this hotel and will send all my friends there.

During a recent stay at the Comfort Inn, we recieved very bad Customer Service and rude management. We will never stay there again! Customers should be your top priority at a hotel!!!

The front desk staff, particularly the manager, was TERRIBLY rude and dismissive- refusing to speak to female guests and only would direct comment to the gentlemen in our parties. To make the experience that much more unpleasant- I received an infection from the bathtub in the room. Nice... If you prefer to be treated rudly by discourtious, incompetant, unprofessional management, please stay here. Otherwise, you may want to spend your money elsewhere where it is respected.

I just had the worst customer service experience at Comfort Inn & Suites located on Liverpool Pkwy in Cornelius, NC. We had over 30 rooms booked for our wedding party. There were two seperate mistakes made on my bill and one of my bridesmaids. They charged us for nights we had not reserved or stayed for. When we approached management with the mistakes, the general manager was VERY rude and accused us of lying. I had to take half the day off from work to go back there to try to get the problem resolved. My husband and I were there for well over a hour while the general manager spoke very unprofessionally about my friend and her compaint and about my situation while engaging in his personal beliefs. Bottom line....I was charged for a night that I didn't stay there!!!!! There was no confirmation sent to me and I never signed anything for an additional night. If my friend and I hadn't caught the overcharge on our bank statements, we never would have known about THEIR MISTAKE. The general manager had the audacity to tell me I should apologize for the mistake THEY MADE and thank him profusely for even helping us. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and unkind before. He could care less about the amount of business we brought to him and that we were unsatisfied CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! He kept speaking over me without listening to my problem and wouldn't speak directly to me but kept telling my husband that I should look into my heart! He said that he trained his staff to never make mistakes so I must not be telling the truth. What???!!! I explained that it wasn't personal but business and I didn't appreciate the way my friend was talked to or the way I was treated. The hotel rooms should have been the easiest part about the wedding!!!!!! This has been an UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE and I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!! I can't believe I had to take off work the day before my honeymoon to be treated so disrespectfully. There's plenty of other hotels around exit 28 off of Interstate 77. Choose any but this one!
