i am a regular guest and i noticed this employee(LILIANA) is on top of her employees responsibilites and keeps guests happy. I was overheard her tell an employee make sure it clean,and double check your work. make the guests feel as if they were home and . comfortable. i asked her what her name was and what was her position." head housekeeper". well i walked over to grab some breakfast none but liliana was in there telling employee make sure the warmer is full and keep guest happy. LILIANA made sure employee was keep up with responsibilites and food warmer was full of breakfast and she helped the employee get caught fast too. thanks liliana!! Then my roommate mention liliana was cleaning windows and stop what she doing and went around the front desk so roomate didnt have to wait for the front desk clerk and made an key cause he lost his and that way roomate could get some rest. liliana good work!!! liliana is very friendly and keeps up with that whole motels responsiblities and keeps guest comfortable and happy!!! once again thank you liliana!!!!!

I find the review BAD MANAGEMENT very slanderous. How could you possibly let this be posted. If the writer is a college graduate in business admin and educated in the management industry they must have missed the class on Human Resouces etiquette. They seem to know alot of the managers personel life-this is considered stalking with as much information they have. I thought this site was for guest posting reviews of hotels not employees or management conduct. The content sounds as if this is a disgruntled employee. How would a "guest" have knowledge of the unfair practices, uncivil acts and other accusations. Can we reframe from the slander and keep the review sites for guest comments regrarding their stay!

First of all the General Manager Ida Fierro is definately not qualified for this position. She sleeps, with the hotel guests so i have heard. There are many foul, and unfair practices at this company. As a College Graduate in Business Administration educated in the managment industry i noticed alot of uncivil acts. Favoritism, Negative Work Ethic of GM, and Supervisors. Fraternizing afterhours with co-workers. Very Unorganized. This Holiday Day Inn Express is horrible, and needs new management, because the main staff is definately setting a bad reputation for All Intercontinental Hotels All over the USA, and other countries. Fine Hospitality, Inc. out of California needs to overturn the people running this company or sell it to another decent hospitality group.

This hotel is clean and comfortable!! But the greatest asset is the staff, they have all been friendly, professional and they really go out of their way to make the guests comfortable!! This is where we will stay when we come back.

My stay was great there. It was wonderful experience, hotel was clean, staff was co-operative. I will visit again.

First of all, your ad shows a price of $59, why were we charged $86 just this past week? Packets with creamer, sugar, napkin, previously opened, napkins had mold on them, cream caused coffee to curdle. Breakfast bar was delicious, very convenient.
