Good Response on Lost Item

My 17 y/o son left his toiletry kit in the room when we attended freshman orientation at Ole Miss (too dazzled by all the southern belles I suppose). When I called the front desk (662-236-2500), I was able to talk to a very helpful Jessie who tracked down the misplaced item and made arrangements to have it shipped to me. This saved me quite a bit of money as this would have been the 6th retainer he has lost in the past 2-3 years. At $100 for replacement cost each (and the other contents plus the Fossil bag itself-new), this was very helpful! Thanks to both Jessie for coordinating this and to Shonda who found the bag!!! Also, large rooms, refrigerator and microwave!!! You could live here, despite not having a pool.
