somebody should be fired !
After calling this motel on Monday and making reservations for 3 days so my husband could attend his Mothers funeral, driving 780 miles straight through, we get here only to be treated very rudely my some woman at the front desk because we had dogs. When making these reservations I heard my husband tell this person on the phone twice that we had dogs and he assured this was ok. Shanking her head very sharply and saying in a NOT SO NICE manner "WE ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY AT ALL", we turn around and leave, $367.00 that we have no access too at one of the worse times in my husbands life ! We don't care if they're pet friendly or not, it's their plcxe of business, but her behavior was very uncalled for ! Thanx Hampton Inn, we're broke with no place to stay and a funeral to go to, way to go !!
