I have to say that my visit to dubai but the best was the hotel I mean Im serious i stayed in a suite and they treat you like a king or something I wolud definetly GO BACK well going back for new year AND WILL DIE THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is the best seven star hotel in the world. Giving a great pleasure to stay different and live in a dream. The hotel has a exquisite taste of great location and service. LiVe up to the dream.

I loved this hotel. As I walked in it, I was amazed. Never before had I seen a lobby as majestic as the Burj Al Arab's. As I walked into my room, everything was clean, a bottle of champagne was waiting for me. I then entered the bathroom, covered with the latest luxury. I ate at all restaurants, and was amazed with the astonishing view of one and the exotic fishes of the other. The hotel staff were always friendly, and helped me more than once in my journey. I hope to go back again, and hope all of you go too.

I like the Burj al arab, not only because it is luxury and beautiful , but because I met my sweetheart at there for the first time. I won’t forget that night and I hope we shall go there together again someday.

i certainley did not diliked anything but what i did like about it is that it is so clean, beautiful, good service, you fell safe,i am speechless i dont know what else to sat except YOU MUST GO AND VISIT IT TAKE THE CHILDREN IN HOLIDAY THEY WILL NEVER FORGET IT

Okay, I only spent 3 nights in this hotel alone for about 2,700 USD. I was supposed to meet a friend in Dubai, so I chose this hotel to get all fancy and feel special (for experience wise). Of course, I read on the Internet that this place was a 5 star hotel. I must give them 5 stars for both cleanliness and location (great view, I agree), but I was very disappointed at their services as well as the money value. On the second day, I started wondering if this was really worth the money. No, it didn't. Their food was overpriced and did not taste as good - they just looked fancy and luxurious. I had to spend about 90 or more USD per meal. Also, maybe it's just me but, I'm just a highschool student, so I guess the clerks might've thought that they didn't really need to pay attention to "kids". I'm a freakin customer too, I mean, they should still treat me like a VIP or something (I was expecting this after I read several reviews online). They were not as friendly as I expected them to be, moreover, they acted so slowly, the ice cream arrived approximately 2 and a half hours after I ordered them, and I ended up yelling at the guy. He NEVER apologized for being late, instead, he kept telling me all these excuses. I would've lost my temper if he rubbed his little fingers at me for a tip. I was fully aware of the fact that they're busy folks, but come on; I'm spending thousands of dollars in this place, and this really gives me the feeling that these folks are just here for money. However, I admit that I felt really special and ostentatious when I stayed at this hotel, and I recommend this hotel for people who are dying to invest their money in all sorts of lavish and frivolous things in this hotel.
