Residence Inn-UCF/Orlando East, Orlando

I am staying here for a class for work for 2 weeks and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Anything you need, they make every attempt to get it for you. They do grocery shopping free of charge, complimentary managers reception, complimentary hot breakfast. The most comfortable bed and linens I have ever slept in. They even do your dishes for you. The staff are friendly and personable and are wonderful. I even ended up overnight in the local hospital and every staff member asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything. Loved Loved Loved it here. My dh came down for the weekend. He was very impressed. We have decided to seek out residence inns wherever we travel from now on. We are more than impressed.

They are very helpful and accomodating. We need to extend our stay and before we came to breakfast, it was already done. They made us feel at home. Fresh cookies baked every evening made it feel welcoming. The staff helped us with all our needs with a smile. We will be back again.

It is a nice clean hotel in nice area. room was nice size and clean. breakfast was good.

My business has me traveling to this area of Orlando on a regular basis. Since I travel alone all I usually look for is a clean room and friendly staff. But when I travel to the UCF area, I always stay at the Residence Inn. I feel like family staying here. They always treat me well. Breakfast is always ready for me in the morning and in the evenings they call me wondering why I am not downstairs for social hour. Truly amazing experience... I recommend them to anyone that wants a hotel that feels like home!
