Utalii Hotel, Nairobi

The atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. The service was great! The grounds and gardens were beautiful. Enjoyed eating outside. The food was just great. The breatfast buffet was better then I've had anywhere else, such a variety. The staff was the best, so cordial and accomadating. I certainly would return here again.

The utali hotel was amazing. The people there were wounderful. The survice was amazing. The food was AWESOME!!! everything was super. I will go back. I loved everything about the utali hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to nirobi, kenya.

African hotels don't have to hide their African origins to be great, and the Utalii keeps the African spirit alive while proividing great service, cheerful people, and a great stay. The pool, tennis courts and food service are splendid. The breakfast buffet offers breads, fruits and a made-to-order omlette. Paul Rusesabagina, the soft-spoken hero of "Hotel Rwanda" was trained here.

I am glad I found this page, and can now share my experience with the several years I have been coming back to Utalii. Utalii Hotel is like a second home from home to my family and I. The staff are very courteous, and their demeanour is pleasing. whether I am there or not, when I make reservations for family members, they too are treated with the same courtesy. As visitors from out of the country, if you happen to be ill, never hesitate to ask them for assistance, they were there for us when we needed them, and made communication from 10,000 miles away possible with our loved one who was sick. I will see you March 2006!!
