Baymont Inn & Suites Enid, Enid

Big plus is the staff who went out of their way to accomodate me when uncontrollable circumstances caused a change in plans, they did so when they morally and legally could have said no so I am very impressed.

My family and I stay at the Baymont every year around Thanksgiving. sure their furniture is outdated and some a little worn, but you won't find a cleaner hotel in town! The staff is always friendly and the Manager (Mary) has been there for several years. She always makes sure we are taken care of and remembers our names. Sure you can stay at one of the newer hotels if you want new stuff, But what really matters to you?? Thanks Baymont for always making our visit grand!!!

The staff was very curtious. They were very knowledge and made me feel like one of the family. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I would recommend anyone to try it out since they have very good rates and service.

My experience was quite negative. The agent at the desk was not profeesional by any means. There were too many other mistakes to mention. I am not alone, 40 or so of my friends stayed there along with me (in different rooms, of course). They had negative experiences also.The worst part was the agent attempted to convince me and my party that the problem was ours. The best hotel in Enid is Holiday Inn Express. The staff is neat professional, and friendly. They correct errors, misunderstandings, etc.,without blaming the customer... *where's the service, isn't the customer right? I guess you no longer get what you pay for!
