Horrible customer service

I called and made a reservation a few weeks before the Canton First Monday Market Days. I then called the Wednesday before my Friday reservation, just to confirm things. I was told that I had a reservation for Friday & Saturday nights. I told them, "no" my reservation is just for Friday night. They argued with me and said a manager would call me. I spoke with the manager 3 different times, telling him that I was NEVER told there was a 2 night minimum! I should not be charged for 2 nights, that was not the reservation I had made. He told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to only book for one night. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. They had no plans of making this right. I asked even just to cancel the reservation, and was told that wasn't an option either. When I was waiting for the manager to call me back, I found that they had ALREADY charged my credit card! As if so that there was no way they wouldn't get their money. That's what I call HORRIBLE business! What ever happend to "the customer is always right?"
