Will never come back

Changed rooms three times. The lights didn't work in the first room. The bath tub was almost black (various shades of gray) in the second room, and the stopper in the bathroom sink in the third room was broken. We had to wash our face and brush out teeth using the bath tub - the sink almost overflowed with one person washing their face and we had three people in the room. Additionally, in the third room, when we pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, it looked as if the bottom sheet had not been changed. I was too exhausted to complain anymore. I pulled the top sheet over it and slept on the top of the sheets. The front desk clerk was very accomodating when we first checked in but the one who relieved her was terribly obnoxious! Was told I couldn't get a refund because the manager had to approve it and he won't be in until Monday. I will definitely be on the phone with him Monday morning.

Good Motel

Good location, it was close to eating establishments and stores. Close to highway 52. The service was good, the staff was very helpful, the kids enjoyed the pool and spa.

Staff is helpful. Found 1-2 bugs (2 inches long multi-legged almiost a fast walking centipede with scoprio like tongs) everyday in my room. I was told for free wireless service but didn't work well. Overall, I would recommend this motel if you can live without working from hotel (e-mails, presentations) from the room and can squash bugs.
