It was quiet, close to everything without being right on top of anything. The grocery store is across the street, which is nice when we used the in room kitchens. The staff was very friendly, and you could tell that they all get along really well, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for those of us that stay here.

Having stayed in all types of hotels during our extensive travels (32 countries and almost every state in the US), This hotel was the biggest surprise we have encountered. The rate was so low that we questioned this hotel stay. Once we arrived all of our questions and fears were put to rest. This hotel has very large rooms.It is well layed out with either 2 beds(like our room for 2 adults and 1 teen) or a king(like the one that adjoined ours for my inlaws). Both type of rooms have a sitting area with a couch,chair,and coffee table....one or 2 beds....a small kitchen...and a large bathroom that has a great shower head. The room was spotless upon our arrival. Since it is an extended stay type hotel...the room is cleaned only 3 times a week but can be increased if requested. Clean towels can be picked up at the front desk anytime as well as any other item you need. We kept the 3 time cleaning and it worked out well. The reason for this review is to let everyone know about what makes this hotel stand out from all the others we have used over the years. That is "THE STAFF ! !" The staff of this hotel was the best of any we have stayed at. They were all very nice and always wanting to help you in any way they can. They always welcomed you back to the hotel each day and asked about your day.They suggested great places to eat,places to see,and things to do....all complete with pre-printed directions. We requested a few things and watched as others did also... and "NEVER" did we hear the word "no" or "I'm sorry but..." as a response from the staff of this hotel. They could write the book on customer service. If you are staying in this area....This should be your 1st choice for a hotel and do not let the lower rate scare you off. The hotel is spotless 24/7,the rooms are nice,and you will not find better customer service at any price.

The service was really great. They have someone at the front desk 24 hours so if you happen to need them they're there. They were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. The kitchen is fully furnished and all the rooms are smoke-free. There are so many attractions within 15 minutes from there, including all the eateries you can think of. Had a great time and will return again!!

We arrived to fresh baked cookies in the lobby and delicious fresh coffee. We were visiting colleges with our son and it was close to everything. The kitchenette we didn't use because we were on the road a lot. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed! The staff was friendly and printed up directions for us to nearby restaurants.
