We all came from all over Lansing, Waterford, watertown, flordia, dewitt. We were tired and needed to use the restroom. I could not believe it was so dirty by the front desk. There was poop rubbed on the floor and the stool in the womens and it stunk. I was discussed and so was my party. The phone did not work in the biggest suite by the bed. My door would not shut unless I slammed it hard and woke everyone up! Then it would not unlock when I wanted to leave. The light said green but it would not unlock! The carpets and furniture looks old and worn. It really needs updating. I guess I was expecting something really nice.

Great experience

This was the best super 8 I have ever stayed in and it was very clean. The beds were new, linen was very clean and nice, pool was very clean. The overall service and stay was great and would highly recomend this hotel to anyone staying in Big Rapids. The hotel is in a very convienent location, many stores and resturant are close by and easy to find.
