Would only use again if I had to
My twins the yongest of 8 children wanted a pool, sleepover party for their 12th birthday, it's the big thing for birthdays in their circle of friends. With a boy and a girl plus a few of their friends I needed two adjoining rooms, I even paid extra for a suite. The rooms were well a little less than I expected, broken toilet seat so everytime you sat down you got pinched, no lid for the coffee pot (which is how the pot works), cracked mirrors above the whirpool, no table in either room. A hide-a-bed and whirlpool tub- does not mean SUITE to me but that is their defination. They have "1" DVD player for 57 rooms, I reserved it, when I checked in, when I went to pick it up at the front desk they gave it to another room, they did get it back for us later in the evening though. Sauna was out of order, not nearly enough towels for the pool area, either had to use a wet one or go with out.I had to request blankets and pillows for the hide-a-bed. Also the computer in the lobby was broken, so no internet was avaliable. Then later in the evening when the lobby had cleared out -it was FULL most of the evening, the kids wanted to play Texas Hold'Em and since the rooms had no tables we went to the lobby. The RUDE woman at the front desk who kept talking to her friend on the phone while talking to me said we had to go back to our room the lobby was closed. And I mean RUDE so rude that some of the kids told their parents about her the following day. Have you EVER heard of a lobby closing? So all in all I would say that what I paid for and what I got were two completely different things. I'd only stay again if I had no other options. I did forward all these complaints to the corperate office and was NEVER acknowelged.
