well first of all when we got into our room my daughter came up to us and told me that she can see us through the door from outside. The peep hole was completelely gone! You can see straight through the door from both sides. I called the front desk and they said they would get someone out in the morning. So we put tissue paper in the hole. It was never fixed! We had friends room that was 90+ degrees and they would not give her another room or refund her monies so she could go somewhere else. She ended up packing her and her two yr old and going home at 11 at night driving three hours home. They ended up only refunding her half the money for that night. The desk clerk had her boyfriend there practically everytime she was at work. If you wanted something you had to go outside to find her smoking and talking with her boyfriend. When we asked her for towels it was like pulling teeth from her. She seemed to have gotten really mad that we were intruding on her so called "visit". The rooms overall were not that bad. But if you are going there for a quiet time this hotel is not for you..There is a train track close by and they do pass all hours it seemed. And if you have a pool side room you hear all the commotion going on. You can also hear everything in the hallway.

I would recommend it to others because it is cheap but staff was not helpful. Cable wasn't working during our stay. Guest laundry only had 1 washer and 1 dryer that was always full of people's laundry. Rooms were fairly clean. My comforter had a burn hole in it. Towel rack in bathroom was falling off wall. Not impressed. Thankfully I will never have to stay here again.

The table trim was tore off, the bathtub was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the toilet cracked, and a burn hole in the very dirty rug. The heat had mold build up in the grid. Not a place to stay, not very nice people and not friendly, I would not ever go back there or probably another Super 8, Microtel is the motel to go to.

My family loved it. The service was great and the breakfast was excellent. the pool was really clean and enjoyable. The location was great. I can't wait to go back wiht my family

Nice people, average service, average breakfast, average room. Nothing special. The price was too much for what you got. For $89.00 a night I feel I was over charged.
