Vacation as seen on tv
The hotel room we originally arranged for was for two, however, the hotel manager was willing to let us preview room before purchase, when we pondered the likelihood of additional people sleeping in same room. Manager advised us that room was equipped with a pull-out couch that would accommodate additional guests if necessary. Room was spacious and more than we bargained for with it's clean, huge and peaceful rooms. This particular suite was equipped with most of the amenities we've become accustomed to for Hampton Suites, such as coffee maker, microwave, refridgerator, coffee table, desk and whirlpool bath/shower. The bed was soft and cuddly like sleeping in a bed of soft fluffy clouds but still firm enough to not give backache. Reminded me of my plane ride there. The breakfast seem more tailored to some one on the run rather than sit-down breakfast as their sister hotel Homewood suites provided but they had tough competition with I-Hop at their front door. However, we did enjoy the actual on-the-go brown bag that we picked up when we checked-out that morning.
Now for the downside, the service left a lot to be desired when simple items like needle and thread and a plunger were requested when a minor emergency erupted. Although, apologies accepted and we definitely will return as the positives outweighed the negatives and still made for a pleasant visit.
