Comfort Suites Airport, Tempe

This hotel will allow people who are not on the registry to remain in your room even change rooms for them while the charges are applied to your credit card.

Not a 4 star but is nice for the value. They renovated. The room was nice with a LCD big screen TV. Would go back. Friendly service.

the Hotel was great. The rooms were large and the breakfast was great. There was different hot items each morning. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. If I am ever back in Arizona, I would stay here again. The staff was somewhat friendly, but did offer maps for the area.

The carpet had a dirt trail leading to and from the door. The sheets had black stains on them. The bathroom floor was sticky. The molding in the bathroom had brown stains running down to the middle of the door. Upon our departure the next morning, I asked to speak with a manager with my concerns over the room. Manager was unavailable and at the bank. I was asked to leave my phone number and the manager would call me. I never received a call back. We had booked four nights with this motel in Tempe weeks before we arrived. Upon our arrival I was told we only had reserved a room for ONE night. They could offer us a KING size bed for the next night...for THREE people! I asked to speak with the manager at that time. None was available since it was so late at night. We would NEVER consider a Comfort Inn Suite again. Referring to these rooms as a "suite" is a stretch of the imagination. A sofa in the room does not mean suite.

I'll definitely stay here again. Close to everything (Holborn station), small but not too small rooms, coffee, iron, mini bar, nice bathroom and nice staff. Breakfast is very expense but a great find. (I booked this hotel because of other user reviews.)
