Customer Service not #1 !!
The value, location and cleanliness of the hotel appears to be average but the customer service IS NOT about the customer! The employees do not take pride in what they do. When inquiring about an extra towel, I was told I could come down and get it at the front desk. Is that service?! During breakfast the employee at the front desk was told that they were getting low on some items for the continental breakfast and the guests could hear the young lady call across the lobby, "it isn't my job". That is nice to hear when you are paying for service.
