Exceeds Expectations

The Suite had an amazing view. The bed was most comfortable. The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel is not located near the main tourist attractions. However, if you don't mind walking a few blocks, it is worth the stay. I recommend this hotel because it is quieter and away from the crowds of tourists.

Pleasant stay!

This hotel is in a great location. You are right on the main shopping strip with anything you would need during your stay. The rooms are large and very nice. I suggest a floor on a higher level for a great view. Our room had a kitchenette area with a washing machine, extra sink, and of course over priced almonds and water. The valet guys downstairs are plesant and well informed. If you stay here you should go eat at Joe Forte's-great seafood! The only down side to this hotel is the buisness "room". 2 computers and you have to pay for internet use. You would think for 200bucks a night you could check your email for free. Oh well. Cheers anyhow!

Who could want for anything more?

I stayed in the Executive Suite for a week and there was nothing at all I dislked or would change about anything. The staff, across the board, could not have been more accomodating, thoughtful & dedicated to their guests. They often went out of their way to make every aspect of my stay extraordinary I.E. When I got sick, one of the staff members, on his own time, got me a box of special oranges, tea, cough drops, etc. The food & service was wonderful 24 hours a day & night. The suite had a breathtaking wrap around view, with floor to ceiling windows, of the mountains, city, water & waterways & even included a balcony. The suite & hotel felt much more like a high end boutique hotel than a larger chain, by far. After my first night, I knew much of the staff by name and by the time I left, they all felt like family. Upon leaving, so many of the staff were there to give me personal & caring goodbye. Don't let anything stop you from staying at this very special hotel.

Would stay their again when i come back

Loved almost everything. Everyone was nice and helpful who worked their. Their heavenly beds are needing upgrades, they had uncomfortable wrinkles at every turn. Their hotel dinner was over priced but very good, are waiter wasnt to friendly. The location is perfect for shopping and sight seeing. Overall it was very wonderful and i would stay their again.

Would recommend anytime

Our stay was perfect in every way, close to shopping /eating places and at a great cost. The room, beds and ammeneties were very good. That apart, service was excellent, the folks on duty at the front desk were very helpful with directions and any information. Certainly gets my thumbs up and I will recommend this place to everybody I know. They made our stay in Vancouver very special.

Great place to see it all in Vancouver

I have stayed in many of the nicest hotels in Vancouver and this place is really hard to beat. Close to Yale Town, Close to Roboson, Close to newest water front park( we walked 2 blocks then rollerbladed to stanely park and back with no problem). Lisa is great, really makes a difference. Only knock is it can get noisy during the day with construction across the stree. We stayed 12/04 and are going back again this year. Happy Festivus

Overall very satisfied

We just got back from staying at this hotel and we had a very good experience there. The location is good, although a little far from Stanley Park. Lisa, the concierge, was very helpful and attentive as were the bell staff. We were very pleased with the service we received from everyone. The rooms are a little small but they are small suites which is different and nice. Love the Heavenly bed and shower!

typical Westin quality

Awesome rooms with modern design. Maintains typical high Westin quality with Heavenly bed and shower. Hotel is not that big; service is friendly and low-key. The club on ground floor is one of the best in Vancouver.

Like we Had a Personal Assistant

The hotel is on Robson only two short blocks (2 minute walk) from the action. The concierge (Lisa) was like our own personal assistant, took care of anything and everything and the rest of the staff was great too. The rooms were awesome and the heavenly bed alone makes it all worth while plus sme amazing views. worth the money for the attention you get at this hotel.
