TRUCK BROKEN INTO
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/6/11
My truck was broken into in the parking lot of the hotel 2 times within a period of 10 days. They stole my stereo while the alarm was sounding and the "privately contracted security company" was no where to be found EITHER TIME. The manager told me to file a claim knowing it would be denied to delay the group I was with from finding out before its departure. Transients bathe in the swimming pool at night and have to be chased away from the area. There are no security cameras in the parking area and the hotel has no staff security. Anyone can enter, break and enter, and do just about whatever they want to as if by the hotel managers approval. They are apathetic and nonchalant in attitude. I wonder what kind of responsibility the hotel would have to assume if I were injured in the break in of my truck in their private parking lot??? If you want to be safe, don't stay at this hotel.

Stop talking about it
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/6/10
Clean, great location, great breakfasts. This is the best in Vegas. The front desk needs to be more polished, though.

Extraordinary Staff and Services
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/29/09
It was my first experience in Vegas, and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, they smelled fresh, and the Lobby area was serene. It didn't have the noise and bustle like the Casino Hotels had. It was in close proximity to most trafficed areas and the Airport. Whenever I get the chance to go back to Vegas, I will stay at this Hotel!

LOVE THIS HOTEL
By Christy R., 4/18/09
I loved this hotel- it had great service, was great for anyone- large families or singles. It has its two swans swimming peacefully in the indoor garden. It also has a gift shop and DELICIOUS breakfast. The staff was awesome and the cook was great. One of the best hotels I ever went to. Embassy Suites is THE BEST. And its not a smoky casino either like most of the hotels in Vegas. My family loved it. It's very conveniently located too.

Bad Experience
By JD, 1/2/09
We stayed on New Year's Eve. The hotel's vending machines didn't work, there was no airport shuttle, the exterior doors key card readers didn't work - and we weren't able to get the free breakfast since they opened late due to the holiday - overall it wasn't worth the price. I travel a lot on business - the Embassy Suites are usually my favorites. This one left a lot to be desired.

Would stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/20/08
We love Embassy Suites, & this one did not disappoint. Full breakfast, friendly staff, spotless outdoor pool, clean rooms. The strip is a 5 minute shuttle ride (which they provide). And a free shuttle ride to the airport. They supply it all! If in Las Vegas again, we will stay here.

Great place to stay at!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/26/08
We just got back from our Vegas vacation. We loved everything about this hotel. They have the best customer service from the front desk to housekeeping to the cooks and wait staff in the morning for their wonderful cooked to order breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone who coming to Las Vegas. The kids loved the room and we like the peace and quiet after being on strip all day long. This place has it all!

We cannot say enough good words about our stay at this hotel. The service was first rate and we were treated like royalty. Everyone that we came in contact with that was associated with the hotel was courteous, helpful and very professional. Thank you all for you wonderful service. The food was also first rate.

Excellent customer service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/9/08
I have stayed at this location twice attending training classes. The accommodations are excellent, food is wonderful, staff is very courteous and most helpful. I highly recommend this location. Not far from the strip. Across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe/Casino

Worst hotel experience
By NikkiL, 4/22/08
Front desk lady "Michelle" had a very rude tone. Also one of they guys that worked at the front desk was being a little TOO friendly and made comments that me and my frend looked like party girls and he kept staring at us...we were wearing jeans and sweatshirts... lol so he was a little weird. We also asked to extend our check out time by 3 hours and they said if we wanted to stay an extra 3hours we would have to pay half the day rate. which would have been 70$. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioning was broken in our room. Then they switched us into a SMALLER room...they do have flatscreen tvs but they are BLURRY.. when we were switched into our new SMALLER room..we heard dripping coming from the bathroom and our bathtub was filled with water...which was odd and the faucet was leaky. Couch cushion was ripped...not very attractive. Also a piece of wood paneling on our sink was broke and sticking out. We recieved a 25$ gift certificate to the hotels cafe from michelle for having to go through the trouble of switching rooms...And the hotels cafe was not good. They had a very limited selection and everything had meat in it and im a vegetarian. They did serve a good free breakfast though. They had donuts, bagels, omelettes, etc. They had swans cooped up in this little pond area that looked dirty. The hotel is decorated with fake flowers everywhere...and they are dusty. Hotel is too far from the strip. I definetly wouldnt stay there again. Too many hassles.
