will do our very best to avoid
arrived at Dulles international airport, called the hotel for transport twice. first call we were informed it would take 45 mins for transport. after about a hour and 15mins of waiting called back and was advised to take a cab, arrived at the hotel. though we were reimbursed, after a long flight having been made to wait for that amount of time at the airport, I find unacceptable. upon check in reservations were made and confirmed for 10am the following morning bus transport to the airport for a meeting. the following morning had breakfast and we were at the transport area when we were advised the transport was full. understand there were people who showed up, boarded the bus that had not made reservations. understand the hotel had one of the bus inoperative with a broken windshield. irregardless believe steps/initiative should have been taken by the hotel front desk to rectify situation, instead the front desk personel tried to hide, took little interest in resolving the situation. requested the hotel manager be called and only then situation resolved. on check out left two envelopes, stamped, addressed and sealed ready for posting in the room. phone calls to the housekeeping totaly ineffective, appears they do not understand english. does appear envelopes not found and apparently discared, irregardless, would like for you to take a second and think about this.... stamped,addressed, sealed letters, discarded instead of being posted? It is a nice hotel, clean spacious rooms, but its the personel that make or break any service oriented business, in this aspect the hotel failed miserably. believe we have future business in the area, will do our very best to avoid and tell others to avoid patronizing this hotel.
