TRAINS at NIGHT
By Nondee, 04/11/06
Clean- very clean. The owners were always vacuuming and cleaning carpets and chairs. The towels were thin and cheap. The shower good. The bed (King) was very comfortable. The location was center town - small - on a main road with some street noise- but none at night. There were many fast food restaurants everywhere. All night long - every two hours - trains went by with rattling and whistles (ever see "my Cousin Vinny?") It would be a great place for a one night stay - no more. A good buy.

Fairly Nice for an 8
By darkknight08, 08/28/05
We spent a night here after a horrible experience at the nearby Baxter Motel (avoid that place like the plague!!) We were evacuating for Hurricane Ivan and this was the only place that had rooms available at the time. Staff was very understanding, though we had to leave early the next day. Still a great value for what you pay!!

Lacking
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/03/05
It was not clean as advertised, by the time we paid tax and $5 for the second adult the price was $62, the mattress was worn out, the HVAC was so noisy it is hard to descibe, they were late opening up the check-in area for the coffee and continental breakfast.

Simply stunning! This place has it all. One word to describe would be remarkable.
