I tried emailing this establishment however with the ten tries to enter the code it would not accept any of them. "To whom it may conscern, I made reservations on 1/27/2012 via telephone. Upon arrival the rate I was quoted was increased. My room is by far understandard. The toilet does not properly work, bedding had outdoor pickers on it. Do you know what CLEAN MEANS? I did not have a fridge or microwave in my room, which I requested when I made the reservation. When I did get one over an hour later it had hair in it and was dirty. then whom I assume was the owner of the establishment, was not curtious at all! DO YOU UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE? How about the health department? do you know what that is? I pitty all the people who will be staying there for super bowl weekend as the so called owner had to throw in our faces "i could be charging you $150 per night as it is superbowl weekend." Sleep in your vehicles. seriously just flush your money down the toilet. Oh wait they dont work there. Then the others I know who are also staying here, their doors do not shut. They have to lift them up to get them to close. The toilet does not work I have to turn on the water for it to flush. Oh the water was shut off and the pipes were froze. Room was 40 degrees after an hour of having the heat on high.

No towels in the room, and the room door would not lock, enough said. This place is a dump.
