Hampton Inn Simpsonville, Simpsonville

The hotel was very nice and all the staff were excellent. My only problem was that my father paid for the rooms in advance in cash, and when we checked out he was told there was a balance due, but was given no explanation as to why this would be.

Made reservation via phone @10am, went to check in @3:30pm, lobby was apparently under construction. Parts of the floor were torn up, place smelled strongly of fumes. After speaking with receptionist, we were told our suite was not ready yet, we would have to 'just wait', he was very rude, no manager on duty apparently. Canceled our suite, obviously. Very inadequate based on the standards I've come to accept from Hampton hotels.

I will highly highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Simpsonville, SC to everyone that will be traveling through the Greenville, SC area. This hotel was extremely clean from the celing to the floor. The staff was very professional, caring, thoughtful, helpful and very nice! The location was perfect and located very close to both interstate I-385 and I-85, shopping restaurants, and entertainment. I was very close to everything. I could not have asked for better service! Everyone from management, front of the house, janitorial, and maintenance was a pleasure and extremely helpful! My stay was very economical for the area! I saved a lot of money and it was well worth the rate. I have stayed at other hotels in the area over the years and I am very glad that I stayed here! The hotels were no where close in terms of value, service, cleanliness that the Hampton inn in Simpsonville has.I will recommend the Hampton Inn in Simpsonville to Everyone! It is well worth the Bang for the Buck and I promise you will not be disapointed with your stay here!
