Days Inn Phenix City Columbus Area, Phenix City

Very Dirty place and I was there long enough to book a new hotel! Brown spots on Bed and Chair and White Spots!! Want my money back have not gotten a refund yet!!

We booked our stay here via Travelocity, and it was truly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We arrived to find the shower head taped into the wall, damaged electrical cords repaired with tape, no screens at our second floor window, and indications that the room had been broken into via the window in the past. One lamp didn't work; three of the otheres were just there for decoration, as they did not have outlets available to plug them in. When housekeeping would clean the room, it would literally take all day -- apparently they don't have sufficient linens to change a room without washing the ones that were previously used. Our towels were delivered damp. We told them of the issues, and they told us to report it through Travelocity, which we did. Travelocity contacted them on our behalf, and their response was to refund less than $12 on our three-night stay. In short, if you have another option, DON'T STAY HERE.

I CHKED IN, BONE TIRED CAME ALL THE WAY FROM ORLANDO,FL WAS GREETED BY A FRIENDY STAFF THAT WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING I SLEPT LIKE I WAS HOME NO NOISE,THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS,SMELLED GOOD,BED WAS SOFT AND CLEAN, THE SHEETS ON THE BED WAS SPOTLESS AND I TRULEY ENJOYED MY STAY AND I WILL RECOMEEND IF U WANT A PLACE LIKE HOME IS TO COME HERE, AND ALSO I WAS TRULY LOOKING FOR IT TO BE A BAD EXPERICE BUT TO MY SURPRISE AND MY PICKYNESS I WILL RETURN AND HIGHLY GIVE 100 STARS TO THIS SPOT I STAYED THERE ON 5-14-10 AND CHKED OUT AND GOT MY DISCOUNT REWARDED AND WAS AGAIN STUNNED I DIDNT HAVE TO ASK ABOUT IT OR ANYTHING THIS SPOT KEEPS ITS WORD AND I LIKE HONEST PEOPLE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DAYS INN PHENIX CITY U DESERVE IT PS. I WILL BE BACK TO STAY WHEN I COME THAT WAY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions the room was very clean the bathroom was similar to my home bathroom I love clean.

We stayed at Days Inn for my sons graduation from Fort Benning. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful. Mangement worked with us for early check in and late checkout. Will from swing shift was the best. He was very pleasant and made sure we were well taken of. I would definetly stay there again without hesitation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area.
