A Terrible Disappointment

We booked our stay here via Travelocity, and it was truly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We arrived to find the shower head taped into the wall, damaged electrical cords repaired with tape, no screens at our second floor window, and indications that the room had been broken into via the window in the past. One lamp didn't work; three of the otheres were just there for decoration, as they did not have outlets available to plug them in. When housekeeping would clean the room, it would literally take all day -- apparently they don't have sufficient linens to change a room without washing the ones that were previously used. Our towels were delivered damp.
We told them of the issues, and they told us to report it through Travelocity, which we did. Travelocity contacted them on our behalf, and their response was to refund less than $12 on our three-night stay. In short, if you have another option, DON'T STAY HERE.
