Crestwood Suites of Snellville, Snellville

This was a hotel from HELL!!!! we went there for a famiily furneral and the hotel was more than a dump!!! we had never been to Snellville and we thought it was close to the family house. Read the reviews it is all true. Small rooms , dogs barking ,there was a man brushing his teeth in the parking lot with no water!!! i would never ever reccomend this flea bag of a hotel for anyone to stay in for a minute!!! Cigarette smoke smell thick as clouds the front desk help gave brand new meaning to unproffessionalism- !!! SERIOUSLY!!. I went the night sleeping in my clothes and not even taking a shower I was scared something was going to jump on me if not a flea a lice!!!! Doors shuttimg load all night loud cursing drunks all night long til we left the next morning which was at 9:11AM!!!! the furneral was at 1:00pm. Never book this hotel not even for the price!! The very first time my husband and I ever booked and stayed at a 2.5 star hotel!!! I will never ever settle for less of the stars we are use to,.....4.5 and above stars!!! its wokth every dime!!!!!NEVER BOOK THE CRESTWOOD SUITES HELL HOLE!!!!!!!!

The price was great. But this time the hotel was not clean. all of their staff eas off for the 4th of july. So we had to clean our own room after driving 9 and a half hours. Their was no clean towels & pet hair was all over the carpet on the floor. And the room smelled awful. We had to by discenfective,and clean sheets our selves. In order to make our room comfortable we spent a total of 200 dollars. Not to mention we was our own maid service. I paid in advance for 6 days. And I trusted Crestwood Suites for excellent service. They let me down BIG TIME. I had a TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE experience. A whole weeks worth. They did't even offer me a discount because of the inconvience of the uncleaniness of the room for the entire stay. The reason I always book at Crestwood Suites is because of the location and the value. But next time I will have to decline. And take my business elsewhere. No one in my family will ever book a hotel room there. And I visit Ga. two and three times a year. Crestwood Suites has alway's been the place for me. But not anymore.

Amanda the at the front desk was rude. Room carpet was dirty and with stains. Furniture old bed sheets had blood on it. I asked the for the manager and she was not there. STAY AT YOUR ON RISK!!!!

As the old saying goes, You get what you pay for. Not a good expierence tried to talk to the General Manager she was rude mold in room and ants all over kitchen counter. I will not stay there again even if they gave me a free night stay!!

there were thin walls and noisy. baseboards coming apart off the walls. elevators didn't work. front desk was rude. the room wasn't cleaned. i wouldn't stay here again.
