Stay FAR Away from this Place

Paid online for 2 day stay and after we arrived was not satisfied. This is July 15th and the outside temps were 100 degrees. The room we stayed had a very small window a/c, just like all the other rooms. The a/c was inadequate for keeping the room cool. We were up most of the night due to the uncomfortable conditions. We decided to leave the next day and I went to the office to checkout and told them why. They gave me a receipt showing my 2nd day credit to my card. Thing is, it was never credited.
I called them and their phone system does not allow talking to any live person. I left message, no return call. I then sent them an email with my contact info, again, no return activity from then. Finally, I sent them a FAX with all my contact info. Again, complete, total disregard.
At this point I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Wasn't long after I got a call from the owner of the hotel who said she had been on vacation and never got any of my calls, emails or fax. She didn't apologize for anything and took my credit card information again. To this day, she hasn't refunded my 2nd day stay.
I contacted the BBB again with an update and I also called the Corporate office in Dallas/Ft. Worth to voice a complaint with them.
Don't say you haven't been forewarned if you choose to stay here.
