Customer Service With No Smile

Customer service needs improvement badly. I didn't get the name of the rep that was working that night, but I was treated very nasty, and when I asked to speak to a manager the customer service rep reponded he's not in and I said I will just call back another day, the customer service rep responded " do that ", and then hung up on me. This is not customer service, this is not how you treat your guest, if it wasn't for the guest staying in your hotel, you would'nt have a job at least not with RED ROOF INN. Here's some advice that I would like to share with you..... I rather pay a whole lot more for great customer service then to pay a really cheap rate and get horrible customer service........ I WILL NEVER STAY WITH RED ROOF INN EVER AGAIN, AND WILL NOT REFER RED ROOF INN TO NO ONE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION.
