Comfort Suites Johnson City, Johnson City

We stayed there in June of 2008. We had stayed there numerous times in the past and had reservations for 4 days and nights. We checked out after one night. The bathroom was dirty, with a dead roach and there were ants in the bed. The room just seemed dirty overall. We won't be going back.

My (very large)family and I stayed here so that we could attend a funeral nearby, and it was so nice to be welcomed by such a friendly staff. We were able to come to a nice, spacious room and rest comfortably. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, and the linens & bedding were top quality. I easily accessed the Internet from my room and enjoyed a nice continental breakfast with a good variety of food, including two make-your-own Belgian waffle irons. My toddler was not feeling well, so I walked down to the lobby in order to keep from waking the others in my room. As I swayed and shushed my little one, the nighttime attendant asked if I needed anything, and then checked back with us a little later just to make sure we were okay. This is just one of the ways that the staff went out of their way to accomodate my family during our stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is going to be in the Johnson City/Elizabethton area. The hotel is just off of I-26.

This hotel came through for us after a horrible experience at another hotel chain. Anne was the lady I spoke with and she was so nice. We had a beautiful room very comfortable beds and lots of amenities. The only problem was the breakfast was put away an hour before it was supposed to. However, it was the weekend of the time change so we felt this was just an oversight. While I was relaxing in the lobby 2 small children got separated from their parents and were very upset. The maintainence man and the front desk clerk Tori immediately took control and handled the situation wonderfully. They got them cookies and calmed them right down, until they located the parents. I would definitely stay here again.
