Comfort Suites At Tucson Mall, Tucson

We liked it just fine and would stay again. However, they have signs displayed that say they participate in the Save the Planet (not sure of the exact name,now)Program wherein one can choose to re-use the sheets and towels if staying for more than one night. We definitely chose this option but found ours were being replaced each day (we stayed a week). When I asked the cleaning woman about this, she said she knew nothing about it! She was very surprised. I spoke to her in Spanish since I lived more than 40 years in Mexico and as it seemed she knew very little English, and this may be why she didn't understand the signs in the room; but no one had explained it to her either. Since to me the environment has always been a very important issue, I was very discouraged to make this discovery. So, for any people out there who care, please follow up on whether this wonderful program is actually being carried out in different hotels that offer it, including this one, where it obviously is not, in spite of their advertising that it is.

My husband had surgery at one of the local hospitals and I stayed here for 5 nights. Everyone (from the front desk to housekeeping) made my stay very comfortable. Thank you all.
