Grand Casino Biloxi, Biloxi

I like the snack bar in the hotel. We stayed somewhere else. Everywhere else we gambled we lost and won, but mostly won. I came to the GCB and promptly put $200 in dollar Wheel of Fortune and won NOTHING. Not one spin, maybe ten $$ tiwce............rediculous. No one else won either. Their slot machines are rediculous. It is like they have them turned off. They might as well put a Closed sign on them. I am constantly winning at the Hard Rock Hotel and the Beau Rivage. In addition, even though my husband is a Diamond Player, they will never comp us a room at the Grand Casino. They always say that night is not avaialble and want to charge us like $300. Then we get home (after staying somewhere else), and there is a phone message offereing us free rooms. We are treated like Royalty at the Hard Rock Hotel, and given great offerings. The Beau Rivage is always very nice also. I would run right pass this horrible Casino called the Grand Casino, Biloxi. Also, they never ONCE offered me a drink while playig there for two hours. We just got back from a four night stay at Grand Casino in Biloxi. We were very impressed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very professional and polite. The Grand Buffet was very good, only $8.50 for the breakfast and lots of variety. The Bellissimo Spa is wonderful! The staff is very professional and they really pamper you there! We will definitely go back!!

This was my first and last time staying at the grand, my room was not clean the bathroom at grey scum on the counters the light was blown and there was pubic hair in the bathroom and I had dinner at the buffet that night and the table I was sitting at had slim or it could have been food on the wall. This was not a good first time experience at all, I contacted the hotel and was told in a nice way we don't care, they would try and improve in the future, not what I wanted to hear so I'm telling anyone who will listen don't stay at the Grand Casino Biloxi.

i stayed at the grand for 4 nt and it was gret as always until i got ready to ck out and my cc was chg and it was not mines .had to call the food/beveage supr morgan and she was not a friendly person she got loud with me aftr i wait on her to come out about 40min tld her this was not my chg and she just went off and i dont think that rgt and the chg was not mines.watch your charges.but now the frt dsk clk phyllis and the htl sup lisa was great if u need help get one of them that are dolls thank you ladies!!!!!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary and were expecting a whole lot more than what this hotel had to offer. First of all, the hotel is much older and more suited for an older crowd of people as far as entertainment goes. We actually spent all of our time down the street at the hard rock hotel, which is incredible. We will definately stay there next time. Also, the hotel only offers pepsi products, being a diet coke drinker, this was a huge problem. The pool is small and the pictures make it look way better than it acutally is. The room was fine but the pillows on the bed were awful. The bathtub is tiny. The food was pretty good but the steak house was very expensive. We also used the spa services and were not impressed with that either. We were very disappointed with our accomodations and will not be returning here.

WE ALWAYS STAY AT THE GRAND.THIS CASINO IS VERY CLEAN,VERY FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT FOOD, GREAT FUN, EXCELLENT LOCATION.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT TIME...STAY ATN THE GRAND BILOXI

Room was spacious and had nice tv, bed, and a great view. It could have been a little cleaner, table and counters were not clean and the bathroom needed some attention. Price was right at $40. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

I am a loyal member player at The Grand Hotel and Casino. The have wonderful food, nice rooms and they are very generous in their promotional offers. However, I must admit that I was very disappointed as to how a security supervisor was called to assist me in retrieving my money from a slot machine that was malfunctioning. He was belligerent, intimidating and humiliating. I have never experienced such badgering and defamation of character in my life. Not soon after the incident, I returned to be loyal to my favorite place of FUN. I felt uncomfortable and panicked when a similar situation reoccurred in which it was handled with respect and prime customer service. The Grand Casino in Biloxi has wonderful friendly staff. I decided to not allow one bad actor to spoil my show.

The rooms were very clean, they had a nice buffet, we have nothing negative to say about this place. The one thing that I have to mention is how exceptionally nice all the staff are! Everyone from the check-in clerk to the restaurant staff, EVERYONE was eager to help or answer any questions we might have. It was nice to be greeted by genuinely nice people! We would definitely stay here again.
