Rude Management

The desk service and management at this motel is the worst I've ever encountered anywhere in the world. The manager (Indian or middle eastern) exhibited the typical superior male attitude. He would not let us speak or explain our needs and insisted that if we cancelled our reservation, we would be charged for a full nights stay, and if we checked in early, we'd also be charged for an additional day. We were returning from a cruise and had no control over the time of disembarkation. We had not previously been informed of any early cancellation policy; but more importantly, we've never dealt with a motel that is so inflexible about trying to make it's customers comfortable. Our room was already clean and available, so it seemed very greedy to try to bilk us out of an additional night at nearly $100 for a few extra hours! I would not recommend a motel to anyone where the customer does not come first. This manager certainly needs to learn something about good customer relations. As we had stayed there one week earlier, you would think that he would have been more accommodating.
