Extended Stay America Tacoma-South, Tacoma

We are a military family staying for an indefinite amount of days & my first impression of the staff was "unorganized". We were booked a double-double & was given a room w/ one bed. Then had to wait for over half an hour for the double-double to be cleaned for us. The bathroom tub faucet was backwards (the hot was cold/ the cold was hot) so, my child waited & waited for it to turn warm only to find out it was backwards. The iron in the room is really old & hardly working, as is some of the lamps. The walls are very thin & I can hear coversations of the people staying next door. The beds are extremely hard & uncomfortable. The paint in the bathroom above the tub is peeling, the faucet in the sink is old & crusty, aand teh carpet in the room needs to be professionaly cleaned or replaced. Wear socks or slippers or beware of some kinda foot fungus. Overall...if I guess you get what you pay for.
