Comfort Inn and Suites Warsaw, Warsaw

We book a room with the fireplace to get away for the weekend. We confirmed and was given the total that would be taken out of our account. Excited to add to our weekend and when we get there, sorry but she changed your room to a smoking room. No notice or anything!!! WE DO NOT SMOKE!!!!!!! We travel to Warsaw alot and they lost our business. It sounds like from other reviews we are not the first maybe the better business bureau should recieve a phone call.

We reserved and confirmed our room a year in advance but were told they did not have any room for us when we went to check in, let alone the room we had reserved. We would not have gotten a room if my husband hadn't made such a stink. The housekeeping staff did the best they could with what they had to work with. Nothing has been updated or replaced for years and it shows. Our kitchenette had a dishwasher that wasn't attached to the wall and would fall out every time the upper shelf was pulled out. Our kitchette had 2 spoons and 3 knives but no forks or other utensils. We had 6 coffee cups, 5 plates, 4 bowls, and one glass. Housekeeping brought more glasses, some forks, and a couple of knives but they were out of spoons. The housekeeping staff apologized but there was little they could do. The new manager told us that it would reflect badly on her if she spent any money on the place and suggested that maybe we should stay elsewhere in the future. We plan to do just that. I would not look for this hotel to be open much longer.

The young man at the front desk was less than welcoming. Upon checking in, the room was dirty. There was rotten food in the garbage disposal which caused the room to be filled with flies. I ended up cleaning it myself. The stove top was filthy and when I tried to use it, the smoke alarm went off. When the front desk was contacted, I was told there was nothing they could do. I would have to wait for the maintenance crew the next day. House keeping did not clean the room and I had to constantly go to the front desk to get clean towels. The kitchen was stocked with 1 bowl, 1 glass, and 1 fork. I had to buy basic utensils for the week I was there. The pots and pans were not in acceptable condition so I ended up buying a set to use during my stay. I spoke with the manager who informed me I could not receive a refund for my stay because I paid in cash. He did offer to mail me a noucher for a copuple nights stay at a Comfort Inn. The voucher never showed up nor did he return any of my telephone calls. I contacted the corporate headquarters as well and they have ignored my requests as well. I will never stay at another Choice Hotle again!

it took 3 calls to get a cot. when it arrived it had a stained on the mattress and sheets. there was no pillow with it. needs better soundproofing in the room. found used towels and soap in the bathroom. bathtub had hair. i wouldn't stay here again
