I Will Never Go Back!

My vehicle got broken into along with about a dozen others at daybreak on Friday morning 6/4/2010. In front of the well lighted parking lot in front of lobby or the entrance! Travelers beware there are no security cameras and no security!

Doesn't meet my Marriott expectations.

My stay was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. However I could not get the hotel wireless internet to work, and the guest computer by the lobby does not have a working printer. I went to the desk attendant about the problems and she said they were aware of the issues, and that the hotel management has been aware of it for a long time. After these unresolved problems I will be staying at one of Marriott's nearby competitors so I can get my work done.

Don't stay here.

I liked the fact that the hotel is easy to find from I-80, however the rest of it is a big disappointment for a Marriott property. The internet doesn't work the few times I've stayed here, and the breakfast & market are terrible. If you want to save yourself alot of money and hassle stay at another nearby hotel.

Stay Away From This Dump.

I used to stay here on a regular basis but switched to the Hampton Inn instead for better quality and service. Don't let the remodel of the Fairfield Inn fool you, it looks decent from the outside and in the lobby area; but the internet never works properly and the workers behind the desk don't seem to know anything useful to solve the problem. The breakfast is setup nice in the mornings, but is frequently very low or out of breakfast items, not to mention the hotel's so called market which is a joke because it markets only empty space. In my opinion this property suffers from extremely poor and bad management and this particular property is a big black eye for the Marriott brand.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We arrived early morning - We had made online reservations and had confirmation in hand - But hotel was overbooked! What could have been a grave situation was abated by the courteous service we recieved from an employee by the name of "Matt", he assured us he would take care of everything - and he did! He made calls and put us up in another hotel but on the next morning he made sure we were transferred back. We want to "THANK YOU MATT" for your patience and following through. God Bless You!
