VERY BAD EXPIERIENCE!!!

I dont have anything good to say about my visit!!! On the morning of my checkout, the front desk clerk paid more attention to her cell phone and texting than to my needs!! I was already runnning late for my Business meeting and needed some assistance in making reservations for a later date. She chose tohandle personal issues it seemed rather than the needs of the customer. I work for a Major cooperation that had spent alot of money at that hotel, but after this visit, I cancelled all of my and associates business with this hotel!! I asked the clerk to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager in a very rude tone of voice!!!!
