HOT TUB COLD

Our only dislike was that the hot tub was cold and when I asked why they didn't turn the heat to it up, I was told the heat does not work any more. Jets were great and both pool and hot tub were clean. Our room including the carpet was very clean. The ceiling in the bath needs re-painted to cover water stains. All of the Staff we had encounters with were very pleasant. Breakfast was as good as other locations I have stayed with in the past with plenty to choose from. Location was easy to find coming from the North, just had to watch for the service road exit and cross back over the interstate once we got to Gross Rd. and though we were disappointed over the hot tub, we will stay here again when we come to Mesquite as the location is just up the road from our kids' house and hopefully next visit the hot tub will be fixed. Thank you for the pleasant service.

We would reccommend it...

I just got married and we decided to stay in the king jacuzzi suite. It was clean, quiet, had fridge, micro, dvd player and whirl pool tub that worked very well. The front desk was so nice and helpful, when we checked in we arrived 20 mintues early and the lady checked us in anyways cuz our room was ready, also I was given extra pillows since im pregnant and when we asked for dvds to watch at the front desk the lady said they didnt do that anymore but she did go out to her personal car and lent us a few of her dvds she had rented! Not to mention when we told her it was our honeymoon, wed just been married she gave us a discount and we saved 20 dollars! The breakfast was put out 20 mintues earlier then we thought so we were able to get breakfast at 6 am. Over all I loved this place and would stay any time and reccomend it to anyone :)

Poor service

I stayed at this location twice. The first time when I went to breakfast I had to request more breakfast items (syrup to go with waffles). No one showed up to take care of this until after I finished breakfast. The second time I stayed I accidently forgot clothes in my room. I called several times and got conflicting stories. On person told me that she needed to check to see if they were with house housekeeping upstairs. Another person assured me that they did not have the clothes. Hope they enjoy the clothes. My last phone call I made I told them I would just have to find somewhere else to stay when I was in town and they said "ok". Location - not real easy to get to from the Freeway. Had to wind around side streets to get to the motel. However, the rooms and building did seem to be clean. Also, when checking in the front desk staff was nice.
