Comfort Suites Fresno, Fresno

The first thing I noticed about my room was the smell. It smelled like gym clothes after someone had exercised in them for three hours. After reporting it to the front desk, he promptly switched my room, and even gave me a free upgrade. I was so relieved that they were so accommodating and I was excited about the new room, that is until I opened the door. The second one smelled just as bad! I think it must have been some type of chemical they put on the carpet, but whoa did it stink! I had to open the window and turn the air on full blast to try to air it out, but it didn't do much good. Eventually I just got used to it. All that being said, the service was really great, and the rooms really tidy and nice. But for over $100 I would expect the rooms to not smell like BO. I hope the hotel fixes this problem for the sake of future hotel guests.

First time in Fresno. The rooms were clean. Hotel was well kept. A little pricy considering this is Fresno and there's nothing to do. Beds were small.

The pool was indoors and cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and provided fresh linens and a toothbrush when we requested.
