came in from fl to visit family was so tired, room was wonderful a bit out dated but bed was nice heater worked great and lovedddd the price. will be back when visiting in summer.

Made reservation for a weekend of ball games! Our room smelled like mild dew, the sofa smelled musky, cob webs in corner wall....went out to the pool and it was just as bad! We would not let our kids swim in the pool. The next morning we waited to see if the pool would be cleaned...however the desk clerk came and unlocked gate and went back inside. We confronted clerk and she advised that she would call someone. We ask to speak to manager and she was not available. We ask for refund so we could go to another hotel, Desk clerk swiped card to credit back my account. When manager arrived she cancelled transactions..Would not recommend this hotel to anyone....Manager cannot be trusted! We had booked two rooms and believe it or not they were both ...as the avertisment stated "New Suite" There are too many hotels surrounding Jameson Inn.....that has to be much cleaner..and trustworthy.

the room itself was wonderful, we booked a king suite with juccuzi tub, bedroom was large, matress incredibly comfortable, one of the best nights sleep in a hotel. The living area was not nearly as well kept as the bedroom, sofa was dirty and stained, kitchen was a plus except there was no in room coffee maker, I found that a bit odd. The only negative I found was that the staff at check in was less than friendly, not really rude however not what I am accustom to when checking into a hotel. At breakfast another staff member entered the area, not a good morning, how are you...nothing, just an excuse me can I get in there to fill the jelly basket.! We stayed for three days, again very satisified with the room, being in customer service myself, I would suggest these employees have a lesson in what brings people back...its all about customer service. I would stay again, however next time if Im not greeted or even smiled at...I will give them a lesson in what makes a nice stay a great one!

We were greeted by a very friendly woman, Tamara, at the desk who helped us choose the appropriate room for our stay. The room was comfortable and well equipped. There was a complimentary breakfast in the morning with good hot coffee. Yes I would stay again

There really wasn't any thing that we disliked about our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and it was quiet. They had a good continental breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back again.

Clean and tasteful rooms are comfortable with all the amenities travelers requiire and should expect. Employees are courteous, ready to provide assistance and competent. We recommend this inn to all our friends.

We were there for July 4th weekend. Hotel was almost overbooked. Staff was very nice and caring for my parents handicap needs. We were there for family reunion and by the time we left all staff new us by face and name. Great service and great staff. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. we enjoyed Pool and grill.

clean and comfortable rooms, Breakfast was very good with waffles and sausage buscuits. We wanted to save money so went to check rates and rooms to more then 5 hotels on I-95 and Jameson Inn had best rooms for rates they offer. They shouldn't charge low rates for new rooms.

WHAT IS THERE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. THE HOSPITALITY WAS GREAT. THE MATRESS ON THE BED WAS ONE OF THE BEST I HAD SLEPT ON IN A LONG TIME IN A HOTEL. ROOMS WERE CLEAN OUR ROOM FOR THE RATE HAD A FRDIGE AND MICROWAVE. THE FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED BELGIUM WAFFLES.THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL ON GETTING US ADVICE TO A NEARBY RESTAURANT. WE WILL BE BACK ESPECIALLY FOR THE RATE.

We got there on cold late night but clerk was nice enogh to offer coffee. Breakfast starts at 5:30am with tons of things but we woke up at 10am and it was still open.Most comfortable beds. My husband slept better then he sleeps at home.Must stay at Jameson Inn if you are in Wilson,NC
