Would/will stay again !

The ONLY low score I can give is regarding the general smell in building 4. The hallways smelled musty. My room was clean-quiet-no problems with internet-very comfy bed-front desk clerk (male) was excellent-pool was clean-breakfasts and social hour was very nice. Close to shopping and freeways. This will be my choice for my next trip.

Great Breakfast Buffet,Good Service,Good Pool

We stayed at Hawthorn for 5 days while looking for housing to relocate. The free breakfast bar was awesome,fresh baked cookies available throughout the day as well. We loved the pool and spa. Our room smelled though. I think it used to be a smoking room as there were burn holes in the furniture and carpet. The smell was hard to get past. The wifi was frequently down which was frustrating. The room could have been cleaner and smelled much better but the value for your money was good. The staff was very friendly and like I said, with 3 kids, we loved that breakfast bar.

Excellent Place!!

We stayed at this location for two full weeks and have nothing but positive and good things to say! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very very clean and the daily maid service was top notch. Included was the daily breakfast which had many many choices and the weekly Wednesday buffet was also very good. Location was another positve factor and we found it easy to get around to many places from here. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent extended stay suite. Thank you Hawthorne staff and owners! John & Marisa

Bumped out of room

Had a **confirmed** resv. for 2 bdrm. Check in went fine, was handed keys, went to room, *somebody*else*still*in*the*room! No other two bedrooms available so was comped for one of two seperate rooms. WiFi on the fritz. Hotel was clean and quiet though. Call hotel the AM of your reservation to make sure you've actually been assigned a room.

Rest and Relaxation

Every year my family and I travel to Arizona. Unlike some families, our idea of a vacation is sitting out tanning, eating out, and the occational workout. Hawthorn Suites Limited in Chandler supplied our needs. The pool was always clean and tidy. Tanning was peaceful and nice. The staff was excellent in food, cleanliness, and other things. It was a great experience and we come back to the same hotel every year.

wow'd by the service

didn't expect much, but the service by staff was excellent. location was very close to where i had to go to train. enjoyed my stay. breakfast was free and i ate a lot of it.
