Fantastic Staff

Great place to stay! Staff makes you feel like you are at home. Needs some new carpet but the managemant says it has been ordered. No longer part of the carlson franchise. But still the great same people working there.

BED Bugs

If you want to sleep with bed bugs and receive numerous bites then this is the place for you. My daughter and her family stayed here and this is what happened to them. Pictures have been taken to document these bites. The manager was very rude when confronted with this and would not even acknowledge the problem; even though the check out lady said "On no, not another one" when told about the problem. Think twice about making a reservation here.

Nice hotel - bad management

The hotel lobby, pool and breakfast incl. in the price were very nice. The first room I received did not have a television in the bedroom. Upon requesting a room change the second suite did incl. a television. Country Inn website did not mention an extra fee for pets. Upon check in a fee is charged and a lengthly contract must be signed. When I questioned the fee (not mentioned on website) manager became hostile and stated he was not responsible for misrepresentation on corporate website. At checkout a dispute arose concerning extra room rated quoted by hotel desk clerk. Management called be a liar when the rate was disputed. I travel often and never had this happen before. The hotel was nice but management was not.
