Would not stay again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/29/08
Checked into hotel and went to the room which had not been cleaned. Very uncomfortable furniture and computer work area. Not a good value. Service poor. No pots/pans in room. Supposed to be a full kitchen but was very small and poorly equipped. Toaster oven filthy.

Not that great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/24/07
I have stayed at long term stay hotels and was not aware of any that did not do housekeeping. But apparently that is part of Homestead line. That along is reason to not stay there. The hotel delivers less value then a Hampton Inn in my opinion. But they have a good wireless internet connection. I didn't like: -the fact I booked a King and they gave me a double with no explaination. -the rooms have no housekeeping (they do it once a week) -there are NO facilities on hand, no gym, no pool, no breakfast in the morning (does EVERY hotel do that now?) -the kitchen is staring to age and was not all the spectacular to start off with -the coffee maker comes with a coffee pouch but no creamer or sugar They have no gym but they are happy to sell you gym passes for "24 hour fitness". Which by their name are open 24 hours. The gym is a zoo until about 10pm and is hard to find parking for.

Up for a Hike?
By EJ, 09/13/05
The Homestead Studio perched atop a concrete hill. It's conveniently located to some corporations so it's a good deal for those there on business and those with a car. But if you're in Washington to sightsee, you're going to get a workout walking up to the Homestead (walk with your toes out and you get a little inner thigh exercise). The rooms were relatively clean, although no one came to refresh my room during my entire five-day stay. It's near a few bus stops so getting into Seattle is easy.
