Extended Stay America Cincinnati-Florence, Florence

We stayed here for a 3-night family weekend excursion -- we had 4 rooms. All were very clean and quiet. We had 1 smoking room and it was just as nice as the non-smoking rooms. All the smoking rooms were on the 4th floor which made it nice because we didn't smell smoke on any of the other floors. The bathrooms were extremely small but we made do because everything else about the place was so good. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. We would have liked more channels on the TV -- very little to watch at night but I guess if you are on vacation you don't really need to be watching TV. Very conveniently located near several restaurants (Cracker Barrel, O'Charley's, Applebee's, Famous Dave's, Frisch's, Logan's, etc.). There was a WalMart about a mile down the road. And, although we were located right off I-71, there was no noise. All in all, a very pleasant stay and yes, we would definitely stay here again if we ever travel back to the Cincinnati-Florence area.

I've stayed at many Extended Stay hotels and they all have bad to terrible internet service. The use an ISP called Goesh network which sucks big time. You have limited connectivity to none at all depending on what hotel you're staying at. Bad news for long term stays.

IT has always been a great place to stay! Unfortunately I wont be back! There was employee Christopher that was rude and smelled very strong of drugs! My company used Extended Stay anytime we had are employee's come from other states. Over all not a bad place I just think they should screen there employee's a lot better! Everybody around this young man had to smell him!

I really enjoyed my stay at ESA. The room was very spacious and clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. The only thing I would have to say is that the water in the in the shower seemed to be standing and draining slow (nothing a little drano couldn't help). The bathrooms were very clean though. Even though this hotel was right off the highway, it was very quiet. I didn't need anything from the staff but everytime I came in or was leaving I was greeted with a friendly hello. I recommend this hotel 100%.
